Error 60029 - Shard Locked

Rare but very persistent shard lock error. Once encountered it can be frustratingly hard to clear.

Recommended steps

1. Exit both the RSI Launcher and the game
2. Character Repair
3. Stay fully offline for at least an hour and do not interact with your account at all until the repair finishes
